Sergio Paccagnella has a strong background in field service engineering. Sergio started their career at Maper Automation SrL in 1995 as an Automation Technician, where they worked until 2000. Sergio then moved to Sipro SrL and continued their role as an Automation Technician until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at ab medica SpA as a Field Service Engineer. In 2007, they joined Nucletron as an International Field Service Specialist, responsible for the installation and repair of radiotherapy simulators and related software. Sergio joined Accuray in 2011 as a Field Support Engineer, providing repair and maintenance support for TomoTherapy Hi-Art systems. Sergio later became a Senior Field Service Engineer, executing the customer support strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely response, clear communication, and efficient repair/maintenance activities. Sergio has a proven track record of promoting customer loyalty and compliance with regulatory standards.

Sergio Paccagnella completed their education at the Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale Leonardo da Vinci from 1989 to 1994. During this time, they obtained a degree in Elettronica, specializing in electronics. In addition to their formal education, Sergio has also acquired several certifications more recently.
