Sanam P. has over 14 years of work experience, beginning with a Senior Associate role at Morrison & Foerster LLP in 2007. Sanam then moved to TerraForm Power and SunEdison in 2013, where they served as Director & Assistant General Counsel. In 2016, they took on the role of Head of Corporate and Securities at Sunrun. In 2019, they became Senior Director & Associate General Counsel at Principia Biopharma. In 2020, they became VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Snapdocs. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Chief as a Member. Sanam is currently serving as Vice President - Corporate Legal at ACELYRIN, INC.

Sanam P. graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School with a J.D. degree. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts - BA from UC San Diego. Sanam also holds a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School.
