Jonathan Smith has extensive work experience in various technology and IT management roles. Jonathan is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Achieve together, where they lead technology transformation and fosters a culture of well-being. Previously, they held the position of Director/Owner at ISOSITY LIMITED, providing IT management and program delivery services. Jonathan also served as the IT Director at HC-One and the UK IT Director at Northgate Plc. Additionally, they held roles as the Head of Technology at Xchanging, Deputy Director Business Solutions at HMRC, and Business Systems Manager at RAC. Jonathan's experience spans across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, government, and corporate services.

Jonathan Smith has a degree in Geography from Staffordshire University, which they achieved with a 2:1 (Hons) classification. Jonathan also pursued a course in IT & Digital Leadership P at Cranfield School of Management.
