The Revenue Operations Analyst is on a mission to drive operational excellence and help us achieve our growth goals. We need someone eager to roll up their sleeves and jump into our sales process and day-to-day operations. But wait, there's more! You'll also need the personal, analytical, and operational chops to join forces with the business team as we skyrocket to the next level. 

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with global teams to understand their operational needs and strategies
  • Design reports and dashboards for the sales team to monitor key operational metrics
  • Standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal reviews
  • Ensure consistent use of sales technologies and adherence to best practices
  • Provide first-line SFDC support, demonstrate sales processes, develop reports, and answer SFDC-related questions for internal stakeholders across the business
  • Update Salesforce records, maintain data cleanliness, and run standard, ad-hoc reports
  • Develop data infrastructure and tools for effective analytics
  • Produce ad-hoc analyses to understand customer behavior and support decision-making
  • Implement data integrity best practices, including database cleanup and enforcement of standards
  • Design and test process automations in collaboration with our SFDC admins
  • Perform data validation and user testing of dashboards
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to apply platform strategies through SFDC
  • Support sales leaders with pipeline management and planning
  • Assist with commission calculations

You're an ideal candidate if you have the following:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or similar fields
  • Advanced Salesforce skills (reporting, creating dashboards, using advanced features)
  • Strong data skills, comfortable with large datasets in Excel/Sheets, and willing to do manual work when needed
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to newly implemented tools and methodologies
  • Data-driven, curious, and passionate about using data to drive decisions
  • Able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment, managing both strategic and operational tasks
  • A great teacher and influencer: able to train others on new tools and processes
  • Skilled in time and project management, capable of prioritizing tasks and completing them.
  • Attention to detail: ensuring work is error-free, especially when shared with senior leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful
  • Bonus points for:
  • Experience in sales or sales operations; o   Salesforce admin experience o   Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker o   Familiarity with technology like Outreach, Chorus.ai, DiscoverOrg, LeanData
