As the Sr Director of Product Marketing at Achievers, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies, including pricing, to drive the success of our employee recognition software. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the product, market, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating impactful marketing programs, including pricing models that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Product Positioning and Messaging: - Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the unique value propositions of Achievers' employee recognition solutions.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Work with product management to support the development of roadmaps meeting customer needs. Go-to-Market Strategy:- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Developing annual Marketing Plans / Calendar Pricing Strategy:- Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Conduct market research to inform pricing decisions and adjust strategies based on market dynamics. Market Intelligence:- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies, including pricing adjustments and value-based propositions. Content Development:- Oversee the creation of high-quality and compelling marketing collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with content marketing teams to ensure product-related content aligns with overall marketing goals. Demand Generation:- Work closely with demand generation teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize impact. Sales Enablement:- Provide enablement / sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell Achievers' products, including pricing guidelines.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training programs to support the sales process. Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across all functions.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the HR or employee engagement industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
