Ray Payette

As the Chief Technology Officer at Achievers, Ray Payette leads the Engineering, IT, SRE and Infosec organization and has overarching responsibility for technology strategy for the Achievers platform. Prior to joining Achievers, Ray served as VP of Information Development at Intrado, leading over 300 engineers for more than ten products in seven countries accounting for over one billion in revenue. With over 25 years of experience in all aspects of leadership "including development, product management and M&A" Ray has a proven track record for growing innovative enterprise software and SaaS companies.
