Kimberli Reed has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Kimberli started their career as a Merchandiser at Macy's, where they focused on arranging and stocking merchandise, as well as providing specialized customer support. Kimberli then worked at Starbucks as a Barista before joining Ajilon as a Receptionist, where they handled various tasks such as collecting rent checks, answering calls, and organizing files. Kimberli also gained experience in customer support while working at Yelp Eat24, where they supported customers and restaurants with order issues. Kimberli later joined Instacart as a Community Support Supervisor, overseeing phone calls and emails from customers and shoppers and handling fraud prevention. Currently, they are serving as a Customer Service Lead at Alameda County Industries, where they assign work, assists customer service representatives, and provides support to customers in person and over the phone.
Kimberli Reed attended Merritt College from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Psychology.
