Shelagh Muir

Shelagh Muir is an accomplished marketing and customer relationship professional with extensive experience in the electronic payments industry. Currently serving as the Customer Mission Team Leader and previously in various roles at ACI Worldwide, including Real Time Payment Solutions Specialist and Major Account Manager, Shelagh has demonstrated expertise in managing customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. Shelagh also held positions at NCR Corporation as Global Marketing Manager and Pentland Brands as Trade Marketing Representative, achieving significant sales success and brand visibility. Educational qualifications include a 2:1 BA Honours degree in Marketing and Communication from Glasgow Caledonian University. Recognition for outstanding work includes “Awards of Distinction” from ACI Worldwide in 2008 and 2009.
