Inna Begle

Inna Begle has extensive work experience in various roles related to procurement and supply chain management. At Acino, they served as the Head of External Manufacturing and Procurement, where they achieved improvements in supply chain issues and profitability. Prior to that, at Bayer, they played a crucial role in integrating external manufacturing spend following an acquisition, as well as implementing sourcing tools and processes. Inna also held multiple roles at Novartis, including Global Category Manager for Technical Operations and Packaging, where they optimized supplier portfolios and led category transformations. Inna also worked as a Consultant for supply chain security and brand protection during their time at Executive MBA HEC Lausanne - EMBA. Inna began their career in commodities trading and trade-related services at Inspectorate SA and Trident Trading and Finance SA. Inna has a strong background in procurement, category management, and supply chain optimization.

Inna Begle pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management from HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Master's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) between 1991 and 1997.
