Christopher Porter

Christopher Porter has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Christopher is currently the Director of Hardware Engineering at Aclara, where they have been since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Aclara from July 2020 to October 2021. Before joining Aclara, they held the position of Manager of Assembly Integration & Test and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Desktop Metal from October 2019 to July 2020. From February 2018 to October 2019, Christopher worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at EFI. Christopher also worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at EFI from June 2002 to February 2018. Earlier in their career, Christopher held positions as a Technical Writer at Hologic from 2001 to 2002 and as a Technical Writer III at BAE Systems from 1998 to 2001. Christopher began their career as an MH-53J Crew Chief in the USAF from 1991 to 1998.

Christopher Porter has a degree in MET from the University of New Hampshire-Manchester.
