Sarah Michelsen

Sarah Michelsen, MPP, currently serves as the Arizona State Director for The Impact Project and holds the position of Electoral Project Manager and Campaign Strategist at the ACLU. With extensive experience in campaign strategy, Sarah operates Michelsen Strategies, focusing on community-rooted initiatives and has led significant electoral campaigns, including serving as Nevada State Director for Bernie Sanders For President. Previous roles include Executive Director for Arizona Wins, Board Member at Large for Planned Parenthood Advocates of Arizona, and tenure with NARAL Pro-Choice Arizona. An Arizona State University graduate with a Master’s in Public Policy, Sarah also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Women's and Gender Studies from American University.
