Janelle Jakovlev

Janelle Jakovlev has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a PBX Operator, Banquet Server, and In Room Dining Dispatcher at Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach since April 2021. Prior to this role, Janelle worked as a Barista and Spa/Gym Attendant at Trump International Beach Resort from June to August 2019, and completed an internship at Miami International Cardiology Consultants in June and July 2018, where shadowing cardiologist Dr. Michelle Lister was part of the experience. Janelle holds an Associate of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Miami Dade College, earned in June 2022, and has a high school diploma with a focus on Hospitality & Tourism from Alonzo and Tracy Mourning Senior High School, completed in 2020. Additionally, Janelle attended Florida International University from January to March 2020.
