Erica Brown

Erica Brown has a strong background in human resources. Erica is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Acquia, overseeing the Americas and EMEA regions. Prior to this role, Erica held positions of increasing responsibility at Acquia, including Senior Director of Human Resources & Benefits for the Americas and APJ regions, Director of Human Resources Business Partnerships, and Senior Manager of Human Resources Business Partner.

Before joining Acquia, Erica worked at UBM Americas as the HR Director, where they played a key role in managing human resources operations. Additionally, they served as the People and Culture Manager for UBM Medica and UBM Canon.

Earlier in their career, Erica worked at UBM Medica US, where they held various roles, including People and Culture Generalist, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Assistant.

Erica began their career as a Human Resources Intern at APC.

Overall, Erica Brown has a wealth of experience in human resources and has held positions of leadership and responsibility in both Acquia and UBM Americas.

Erica Brown attended Salve Regina University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Global Business and Economics. Erica also has a Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) from HCRI.
