Kevin Soto

Kevin Soto is the Director of Control Center Operations at ACT Power Services. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at Duke Energy Corporation as a Senior System Operator and in the US Navy as a Propulsion Plant Watch Supervisor and Nuclear Machinist Mate. Kevin holds a Master of Engineering Management degree from Penn State World Campus and various certifications in critical facility management and nuclear power operations.
