She serves on the boards of: Gap Inc., LyondellBasell Industries N.V., and MassMutual Financial Group.Through 2013, Bella served as American Airlines and AMR’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to assuming the CFO role, she was Senior Vice President of Customer Relationship Marketing, where her responsibilities included the AAdvantage® program, call center operations, digital marketing, customer analytics and AA.com.
