Alicia Elms

Alicia Elms is an accomplished professional in workforce development and diversity initiatives, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Workforce Development and previously as the Manager of NextGen Initiatives at Active Minds, Inc. Alicia has extensive experience in higher education, having worked at Randolph-Macon College as the Director and Coordinator of Diversity & Multicultural Affairs from August 2016 to April 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Assistant at Indiana State University, where responsibilities encompassed mentoring underrepresented students and developing academic success plans. Alicia holds a Master’s Degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, both from Indiana State University.
