Antonela began their career at Yázigi as a Sales Consultant, where they were responsible for customer service and developing sales strategies.
Antonela then joined Audaces, starting as an EaD Assistant, providing support and training for clients and students. Antonela later moved on to become an International Technical Support specialist, resolving technical issues for customers in multiple languages. Antonela also took on the role of International Business Development, where they worked with national and international distributors, delivering strategic demonstrations and ensuring consultative sales.
Antonela then worked at Resultados Digitais, first as a Customer Success Manager in the Mid Touch tier, managing a book of 150 clients and focusing on driving their success through RD Station Marketing. Antonela Riboli completed their Habilitação em Design de Moda degree from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Emotional Intelligence at Work: Learn From Your Emotions from Udemy in August 2022. Antonela also holds certifications such as Certified Content Marketing Specialist, Certified Customer Value Optimization Specialist, and Certified Email Marketing Specialist, all from DigitalMarketer, obtained in December 2020.
