Katherina Cacovski

Katherina Cacovski has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Katherina began their career as an Intern at Diversified Marketing Strategies in 2014, where they organized files and conducted phone calls to secure donations for fundraisers. In 2016, they served as a Sales Team Leader at AroundCampus Group. At Arrow Electronics in 2017, they interned as an Enterprise Computing Solutions Advantage Intern and excelled in tasks such as profiling Value-Added Resellers, using SalesForce, creating Pivot Tables, shadowing Inside Sales representatives, and presenting a successful recycling proposal to C-level executives. Later that year, they joined Paycom as a Junior Executive Representative and then worked as an Outside Sales Representative. Starting in 2018, they worked at Glassdoor, initially as a Sales Development Representative and then as a Senior Sales Development Representative. Katherina also held the role of Account Executive, specializing in staffing and consulting. In 2020, they joined ActiveCampaign as a Business Development Representative and progressively moved up to the roles of Senior Business Development Representative, SMB Account Executive, and currently, Commercial Account Executive.

Katherina Cacovski pursued their education at Indiana University Bloomington, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Management with a minor in Marketing. Katherina attended the university from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal degree, they obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Value Optimization Specialist from DigitalMarketer in July 2020.
