Chen Shalev Sokolovsky

Chen Shalev Sokolovsky has a strong background in iOS and mobile security research. Chen currently serves as the Mobile Security Research Team Lead at ActiveFence since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an iOS Malware Researcher at ActiveFence from December 2021 to September 2022. Before joining ActiveFence, Chen held positions at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd., where they worked as an iOS Researcher from March 2020 to December 2021, and as an iOS Developer from September 2018 to March 2020. Chen also has experience as an iOS/macOS Audio Developer at Vinyl Dreams from an unspecified date in 2011 until September 2018. Earlier in their career, Chen was self-employed as an Audio/Music technologist from January 2001 to January 2014.

Chen Shalev Sokolovsky has a diverse education history. From 2019 to 2020, they attended the Check Point Security Academy, where they earned a Certificate in Cyber Security. Earlier, from 2006 to 2008, they studied at the Berklee College of Music and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Music Synthesis. Additionally, from 2002 to 2006, they attended the Rimon School of Music and completed a Graduate program in Composition & Arrangement.
