Ana Povoa CSM, MBA has an extensive work experience in the Information Technology field. Ana started their career in 1998 as a Call Center Support Representative at AOL. In 2001, they joined ABIMAQ - Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Máquinas e Equipamentos as an IT Trainee, responsible for updating information on the company's intranet system and performing hardware maintenance activities. From 2002 to 2010, they worked as a Business System Analyst at Honda Brasil, where they were involved in several complex projects for development and maintenance of the Financial Services systems. Ana then joined Petrobras in 2010 as a Senior Business Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing technical requirements gathering and documentation. In 2018, they joined OpenSimSim Inc. as an Information Technology Business Analyst, providing assistance to the development team while understanding the requirements and working with them to identify and solve implementation challenges. In 2021, they moved to ActivePipe as a Technical Business Analyst, and in 2022 they joined MoxiWorks as an Information Technology Business Analyst.

Ana Povoa CSM, MBA has an extensive educational background. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate IV Leadship Management from Academies Australasia Polytechnic. From 2004 to 2007, they earned an MBA in Information Technology from Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, which they completed in 2002. Additionally, Ana has obtained two certifications: Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling from LinkedIn in 2021 and CSM - Certified Scrum Master (Adaptworks) from Scrum Alliance in 2013.
