Paul Zun has worked in a number of roles since 2003. Paul began their career as a Customer Contact Consultant for Defence Health in 2003. In 2005, they moved to South Pacific Tyres as a Sales Service Coordinator. In 2006, they became a Senior Sales Consultant for Visa Bureau, where they were responsible for developing client relationships and delivering innovative solutions to clients' requirements. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Account Executive for Sensis Yellow Pages, providing tailored advice to optimize clients' advertising strategies. In 2011, they became an Account Manager for Groupon, where they were responsible for developing and maximizing the growth of accounts. Most recently, they have been a Customer Success Manager for ActivePipe since 2020.

Paul Zun attended St Pauls College from 1994 to 1999 and then Victoria University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business in Marketing.
