Dan Kiwi (Hawke)

Dan Kiwi (Hawke) is an experienced technology professional specializing in online engineering, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps. Currently serving as Associate Director of Online Engineering at Activision since June 2022, Dan oversees Central Tech Cloud Infrastructure across Google Cloud and AWS. Previously, Dan held roles at Skillz Inc. as Engineering Manager, managing critical Java/Golang teams, and at Activision in various positions including Manager of Cloud Engineering and Technical Lead for Cloud Migration projects. Earlier career experiences include ownership of Free IT Limited, technical consulting for international airline systems, and Unix and Linux server support at academic institutions. Dan holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham and The University of Auckland.
