Mioljub Mitic

Mioljub Mitic has extensive experience in the field of software development. In 2005, they began their career as a Junior Software Developer at Tenfore Ltd - Belgrade office, where they were responsible for developing and testing program code of applications for inter-banking trading, developing web applications for tracking real-time information from the Stock Exchanges, and developing and testing program code of applications for monitoring the transfer of money to Western Union branches in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mioljub also designed Technical Specifications and User Manuals. Later that year, they became a Technical Instructor at the Institute of Nuclear Science “Vinca” – Permanent Education Centre, conducting courses in Introduction to .NET, Developing Windows-based Applications (.NET), and Developing Data-Centric Applications (ADO). In 2007, they joined Delta Maxi Group as a Senior Software Developer. Two years later, they began working at Delhaize Group as a Team Lead - Project Manager. In 2013, they joined Comtrade System Integration as a Delivery Unit Manager, where they were responsible for defining the scope of the project, designing project and technical plans and specifications, resources planning, and reviewing the quality of the work completed. In 2017, they became a Senior Project Manager at High Tech Engineering Center, where they were responsible for customer projects activities and goals, providing consultancy, coordinating and monitoring software development projects and teams, and maintaining strong relationships with all levels within the client and internal team. Finally, in 2018, they became the Country General Manager at Activity Stream, where they were responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the company's biggest Branch office, working together with key participants to compile the budget, and managing relationships with partners/vendors.

Mioljub Mitic obtained an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Belgrade. In September 2006, they became a Microsoft Certified Application Developer from Microsoft. In April 2015, they received a Certified SCRUM Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
