Ronald Fischer

Ronald Fischer has over 20 years of work experience in engineering and product development. Ronald began their career in 1997 as a Lead Engineer and Co-founder of Treseq, a start-up focused on developing a Network Processor. In 2000, they joined Avolent as an Architect and Engineering Manager, leading a team of seven senior engineers. In 2002, they moved to Groxis as a User Interface Lead. In 2004, Ronald joined NetDeposit as a Team Lead and Staff Engineer, coordinating the interview process and hiring two junior and two senior engineers. In 2006, they joined Adobe Systems as a Lead Architect and Architect. At Adobe, they worked on a full stack mobile app development tool and researched FlashCast functionality, requirements, and capabilities. In 2009, Ronald moved to Salesforce.com as a Director of Engineering. There, they built teams from scratch to address new opportunities and worked on a document management infrastructure and apps. In 2015, they joined AppDirect as the Head of Engineering, immediately after their $140 million series D funding round. In 2018, Ronald joined Science Exchange as Vice President of Engineering, introducing best practices to improve quality and security. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ACTO as Vice President of Product and Engineering.

Ronald Fischer received their BS in Computer Science with honors from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Ronald then attended Stanford University from 1995 to 1996.
