Rich Fiore

Rich Fiore has more than 20 years of legal experience, the bulk of it focused on aviation. After eight years and a promotion to Partner with Freeborn & Peters in Chicago, Rich joined United Airlines as Senior Counsel for Litigation & Regulatory. During the subsequent decade, Rich handled many of the airline’s most significant matters, including the 9/11 litigation and its three-billion dollar merger with Continental Airlines, and rose to the senior leadership of the Legal Department as Associate General Counsel of Litigation and Intellectual Property. Among other things, Rich had principal responsibility for advising United’s corporate communications and security departments, and led a 13-member team of attorneys and paraprofessionals. Rich joined ACTS as its first General Counsel in 2017, handling all legal affairs and risk management for the Company.
