Brad Grobler

Brad Grobler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their recent role as the Vice President of Sales Pharma and Biopharma Europe at Actylis showcases their expertise in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sales. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Merck KGaA, including Head of Global Commercial Execution and Operations - BioMonitoring, Head of Global Special Projects - Applied Solutions, Head of Commercial Israel & PMO, Head of Sales Force Effectiveness & Chief of Staff Western Europe, and Head of Strategic Account Support Western Europe. Before joining Merck KGaA, Brad held positions at Sigma-Aldrich as the EMEA Sales Operations Manager and later as the EMEA Marketing & Sales Support Manager - Applied Markets. Brad also served as the EMEA Tactical Marketing Manager at Sigma Aldrich. In addition, they have experience as an Account Manager at Life Technologies, South Regional Account Manager at Helena Biosciences, National Sales Manager at Sonic Innovations, General Manager at Fitness First, and Health and Wellbeing Manager at David Lloyd Leisure.

Brad Grobler attended the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Biokinetics with a focus on Orthopaedic & Cardiac Medicine. Brad later pursued further education at the University of St.Gallen from 2021 to 2023, earning an International Executive MBA with a specialization in International Business. In addition to their degrees, Brad has obtained certifications in Digital Transformation and Leadership Mindsets from LinkedIn, as well as Finance for Non-Financial Professionals from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business in 2017.
