Abhijeet Srivastava has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Abhijeet is currently the Director - All Things People at actyv.ai® since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head - Talent Development (India & APAC) at UiPath from November 2018 to December 2021. Before that, they worked at Novartis as an L&D Manager from February 2017 to October 2018. Abhijeet also held the role of Manager - Learning and Development at PropTiger.com from May 2016 to January 2017. Abhijeet has experience in the field of Learning & Organization Development, having been the Country Lead in this area at Agilent Technologies and Keysight Technologies from October 2012 to May 2016. Earlier in their career, Abhijeet worked as a Manager - Learning & Development at American Express from March 2010 to October 2012. Abhijeet started their career as a Sr. Executive - Organization Development at EXL Service from August 2006 to March 2010 and was a Regional Training Manager at Devyani International Limited from December 2003 to July 2006.

Abhijeet Srivastava has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Abhijeet also attended XLRI Jamshedpur for Human Resources, Uttar Pradesh Technical University for an undisclosed degree, and Little Flower High School. Abhijeet has obtained various certifications, including Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, Prosci® Change Management Program for Managers from Prosci, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation, and numerous others in disciplines such as DISC, training and development, ITIL, project management, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
