Mandy Zhou

Mandy Zhou is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and policy analysis. Currently serving as Associate Research Manager at Acumen, LLC since June 2013, Mandy has led the Medicaid team to significant growth and contributed to over 20 publications for government agencies, including the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission. Prior to this role, Mandy held several positions at Johns Hopkins University from June 2010 to May 2013, including Senior Policy Lead and Research Assistant for the Economics Department, where contributions included historical economic analysis and team leadership. Additional experience includes advocacy work at Health Leads and a community impact internship at Head Start. Mandy Zhou holds a BA in International Studies, with honors, and minors in Economics and Philosophy from The Johns Hopkins University.
