Hugh Gaston

Hugh Gaston has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on operations and client management. Hugh is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations for the Acumen business unit at InterWell Health since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Operations at Acumen Physician Solutions, LLC from April 2014 and was also the Director of Client Services from May 2009 to April 2014. Gaston also worked at Fresenius Medical Care North America as the Vice President Operations for the Acumen business unit from May 2009 to September 2022. Before joining Acumen Physician Solutions, they were the Lead of Client Management and Project Management at ICA - Informatics Corporation of America from July 2008 to May 2009 and served as a Client Manager from January 2006 to July 2008. Gaston began their career as a Technology Solution Lead at LBMC Healthcare Group from 2002 to 2006 and as a Consultant at Accenture from 2000 to 2002. Hugh started their professional journey as a Cost Engineer at Procter & Gamble from 1998 to 2000.

Prior to their time at Harvard, Hugh Gaston attended Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management in 2021 and completed a program titled "How to Speak the Language of Business." In 2019, they obtained an Executive Leadership certificate from Vanderbilt University.
