Rachelle Handfield

Rachelle Handfield's most recent work experience includes serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Acushnet Company starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same company from August 2020 to December 2021. From October 2014 to August 2020, Rachelle was the Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Collette. Rachelle also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Johnson & Wales University from January 2016 to May 2019. From September 2011 to October 2014, they served as the SVP and Head of Human Resources - Business Services at RBS/Citizens Bank. Rachelle's early career includes working as the SVP and Sr. HR Business Partner at RBS/Citizens Bank and as the VP and HR Business Partner at Bank of America from 1987 to 2000.

Rachelle Handfield has a Masters of Science in Human Resources from Villanova University.
