Meshal Alhawas is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Management & Development Manager at Sadara Chemical Company since October 2013. With a strong focus on organizational development, Alhawas is responsible for crafting talent strategies that encompass professional, leadership, digital learning, competency management, coaching, succession planning, and mentoring programs.
