Mohammed AlAjmi has a strong background in HR and leadership roles. Mohammed is currently working as the VP of Nationalization, Diversity, and Inclusion at ACWA Power since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelancer HR Consultant from June 2019 to November 2020. From July 2017 to February 2019, they served as the Senior Director of Global HR at Alkhorayef Petroleum Company. Before that, they were the CHRO at Chemanol from September 2009 to April 2017. Mohammed started their career at Universal Metal Coating Company Ltd. in October 2005 as a Section Head of Recruitment, where they worked until August 2009.

Mohammed AlAjmi completed their education as follows: they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education from Kuwait University in 1999-2003, a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership and Administration from Ain Shams University in 2003-2004, and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bradford School of Management in 2014-2017. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications from CIPD, including being a Chartered Fellow (obtained in 2016), a Chartered Member (obtained in 2015), and a CIPD associate (obtained in 2010).
