Stephen Molina has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Stephen began their career as a Customer Service Representative for Southwest Staffing Inc., where they updated the employee directory and answered a high volume of telephone calls. In 2017, they became a 21st Century Tutor for The Academy of 21st Century Learning, where they worked with elementary students, grades K - 5th, within the after-school Academic Enrichment Program. In 2018, they became a Learning Center Instructor for Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center, where they taught student clients, grades 2nd to 12th, working in all mathematical sciences ranging from counting to Calculus. Stephen also served as Lead Instructor Appointee of the Upper Education Division, working primarily with college-level student clients. In 2021, they became a Technical Analyst for American Family Insurance, where they led a statistical modeling project for the Catastrophic Risk Management team. In 2022, they took on the role of Operations Research Analyst for Ad hoc Research.

Stephen Molina has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from The University of Texas at El Paso in 2018, a Master of Science in Statistics from The University of Texas at El Paso in 2021, and an Associate of Arts from El Paso Community College in 2012.
