Young Zhang

Young Zhang has a robust background in legal and compliance, starting as an Assistant Associate at China Mergers Group Company in 2005 and progressing to roles such as General Counsel at Suzhou Oriza Holdings Limited and Executive Director at Lenovo Capital and Incubator Group. Most recently, Zhang took on the role of Executive Director in Legal and Compliance at Adagene in 2020. Throughout the years, Zhang has been involved in a wide range of legal matters, including M&A transactions and fund formation, showcasing expertise in various aspects of the legal field.

Young Zhang earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law and Business from China University of Political Science and Law from 1998 to 2002. They then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Business Law at the University of International Business and Economics from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at The College of Law of England and Wales.
