Xavier Snowman

Xavier Snowman is a seasoned professional in academic engagement and library services, currently serving as a Senior Academic Engagement Manager at Adam Matthew Digital since March 2012. With a strong background in collaboration with faculty and support for scholarship, Xavier has also held roles as Interim Head of Engagement, Product Specialist and Library Sales Manager, and Assistant Editor, contributing to various aspects of academic publishing and resource development. Prior experiences include serving as a Library Assistant at The London Library, a Freelance Copywriter, and a Student Mentor/Tutor, along with contributions to research projects during studies. Xavier holds a BA Honours in English Literature from Bath Spa University, complemented by earlier educational achievements at Strode College. Military service as an Operator Mechanic Warfare in the Royal Navy provided foundational teamwork and operational skills.
