Executive Director of Communications on The National Leadership Board - JYCM at Adamah

Sophia Rich's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. In 2022, they worked as a Sales Associate at The Write Touch by Leyla. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Communications on The National Leadership Board at Adamah starting in 2020. In 2022, they also worked as a Research Intern at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Sophia was a Civics Unplugged Fellow at Civics Unplugged from 2021 to 2022, where they received a transformative leadership and civic education experience. In 2020, they worked as a Field Intern for Jon Ossoff for U.S. Senate, assisting with volunteer training and recruitment efforts for the campaign.

Sophia Rich attended Greenhills School from 2015 to 2023. After completing their secondary education, they pursued dual degrees at the University of Michigan. From 2023 to 2027, they studied at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business. Simultaneously, they also studied at the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government.
