Carl Willard

Carl Willard, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and construction. Carl is currently the Director of Design Build at Adamo Security Group since February 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Project Manager at the same company from February 2020 to February 2021.

From 2017 to 2020, Carl was the Founder of Aspire Contracting Inc, where they developed turnkey co-location wireless telecommunication facilities and provided project management consulting services for various construction projects in San Diego County.

Before that, Carl worked at Overland Contracting Inc. from 2013 to 2017. Carl held the positions of Quality Compliance Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring quality compliance across all projects, and Execution Project Manager, where they led project teams and implemented contracts for new site builds and major modifications.

From 2012 to 2013, Carl worked at Kineticom, Inc. as a Construction Manager for Alcatel Lucent, managing site design and documentation. Prior to that, they were a Construction Manager for T-Mobile at Vantage Company in 2012, where they oversaw the construction build-out of an LTE modernization project.

In 2011 and 2012, Carl worked at X3 Management Services, Inc. as a Construction Manager, overseeing wireless infrastructure projects in the San Diego market. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Foreman at Total Telco Specialists, managing the construction and maintenance of wireless infrastructure.

Earlier in their career, Carl worked as a Construction Manager & Estimator at Vellum, Inc. from 2007 to 2009, estimating costs and managing construction projects for luxury homes. Carl also worked as a Real Estate Agent at Century 21 Hometown Realty from 2004 to 2007.

Carl's career in the construction industry began in 1996 at Total Telco Specialists, where they worked as a Foreman until 2004.

Carl obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2019. These certifications were obtained from various institutions such as LinkedIn, E&A Information Services, Global RF Solutions, JGL Gradall, Com Train LLC, and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. The certifications were obtained between the years 2009 and 2019.
