Caitlin Trever, SPHR, is an experienced employee experience manager at Adams County Government, leading a team focused on enhancing collaboration and operational excellence since May 2016. In previous roles as a senior people and culture business partner and human resources business partner, Caitlin successfully led strategic projects and established trusted partnerships across departments to improve employee relations, talent development, and performance management. Prior to joining Adams County, Caitlin served as a human resources manager at McLane Company, Inc., managing HR operations for over 400 employees. Caitlin's career began as an accounting coordinator at Black Roofing, Inc., where responsibilities included accounts payable and payroll management. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Work from Colorado State University.
