Paolo Diaz

Paolo Diaz has a background in sociology and has held various leadership roles in organizations focused on community development and poverty reduction. Currently serving as the Poverty Reduction and Community Equity Manager at Adams County Government, Paolo has also served as a City Council member in Commerce City and has experience in managing programs for non-profit organizations like Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain, Inc. Paolo is also the Director of Bison Lacrosse Club, where Paolo works on building an inclusive lacrosse community. Prior to their current roles, Paolo worked as an Employment Coordinator and has experience in transcribing unemployment insurance appeals hearings for the State of Colorado.
