Lucia Tanner McIpd

Lucia Tanner MCIPD has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Lucia currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Adaptavist, where they are responsible for delivering a People Plan aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of People and Talent at the same company, contributing to strategic, tactical, and operational changes to maintain a motivated workforce.

Before joining Adaptavist, Lucia worked at OLIVER Agency as a Global HR Business Partner, playing a crucial role in supporting the business through significant growth and transition. Lucia designed and implemented HR systems and processes to achieve organizational objectives and worked closely with business leaders to address people issues and build capabilities effectively.

Lucia also gained experience at Brand Union, where they held the positions of HR Advisor and HR Executive. In these roles, they provided comprehensive HR support, including learning and development, policy guidance, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.

Earlier in their career, Lucia worked as a Personnel Administrator - Policies at Olympus KeyMed.

Lucia Tanner MCIPD completed their education at two different institutions. Lucia earned a degree in History from the University of Portsmouth, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Later, they attended Anglia Ruskin University from 2011 to 2013 to pursue a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the CIPD. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lucia Tanner has also obtained the certification of MCIPD from the CIPD institution.
