Patty Edrington

Patty Edrington, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in compensation and human resources compliance. Patty currently serves as the Director of Compensation and HR Compliance at AdaptHealth, where they lead and implements new compensation programs and ensures compliance with internal policies and regulations. Prior to their current role, they were the Compensation Manager at AdaptHealth. Before joining AdaptHealth, Patty worked at Advanced Home Care, where they held the position of Senior Compensation and HRIS Analyst, facilitating the Compensation Steering Committee and developing compensation programs. Patty also served as the HRIS and Compensation Manager at Advanced Home Care, overseeing HR processes and assisting with mergers and acquisitions. Patty began their career as an Employee Benefits Coordinator at Cone Health.

Patty Edrington, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Human Resources Management from Forsyth Technical Community College in 2009. In 2006, they obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute, and in 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
