David Roig-Carles

David Roig-Carles is a Senior Scientist at Adaptimmune since August 2021, where responsibilities include planning, executing, and interpreting experimental work focused on autologous T-cell drug products for immuno-oncology, alongside maintaining accurate documentation and serving as a Subject Matter Expert in cell-based assays. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Researcher role at The Open University, contributing to COVID-19 outbreak monitoring through sewage analysis, and various research positions emphasizing cancer biology, including the characterization of lncRNA in pediatric glioma and the efficacy of antisense oligonucleotides in prostate cancer. David holds a PhD in Cell Biology and Inflammation from The Open University, a Master's in Molecular Medicine from Cranfield University, and a Biotechnology degree from Universitat Politècnica de València.
