Effie Mansdorf

Effie Mansdorf has extensive work experience in the field of customer success and project management. They are currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Adaptive Shield starting from January 2022. Prior to this, Effie worked at Jolt.io as the Customer Success Course Master and Instructor - Master Jolter from July 2020 to March 2023.

Effie also held positions at Illusive, where they served as the Director of Customer Success Strategy from August 2021 to December 2021, and as the Global Head of Customer Success from January 2020 to August 2021. Before that, Effie worked at Pepperi as the Team Lead Customer Success and Professional Services from June 2015 to December 2019.

Effie's earlier experiences include working at Panaya as a Senior Customer Success Manager from October 2012 to September 2014, at Venda as the Head of Project Management from March 2009 to October 2012, and at Oberon Media as a Senior Project Manager from December 2005 to January 2009.

Prior to these roles, Effie worked at Ward Media as the Director of Operations from September 2002 to December 2005, at iClips inc. as a Project Manager from January 2001 to February 2002, and at Healthology as a Web Producer from March 2000 to December 2000.

Effie Mansdorf completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications and Women's Studies at Queens College from 1993 to 1997. Effie then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communications and Tech Management at the New York Institute of Technology from 1997 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Effie Mansdorf obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in January 2021.
