Michael Loeloff

Michael Loeloff has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Michael is currently working as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations at ADC Therapeutics since March 2021. Before that, they worked at DOCS, where they held the roles of Senior Manager of Global Project Management from February 2019 to October 2021 and Global Clinical Trial Manager from May 2016 to February 2019.

Prior to DOCS, they worked at ICON plc as a Clinical Trial Manager from September 2011 to May 2016. During their time at ICON, they were responsible for the conduct of several clinical studies in the oncology, transplant, and vaccine therapeutic areas. Michael acted as the functional lead from clinical operations, overseeing site monitoring, data retrieval, and study close-out. Michael also contributed to risk mitigation strategies and cross-functional project management plans.

Before ICON, Michael worked at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development as a Manager of Program Coordination from October 2010 to September 2011. Michael also gained experience at Novartis as a Global Project Team Director from December 2004 to May 2008, working on drug development projects in infectious disease, transplant, and immunology.

Earlier in their career, Michael served as a Project Manager at Aventis from April 2003 to November 2004, contributing to the preclinical and clinical development of candidate drugs. Michael also worked as a Scientist at Johnson and Johnson from 1992 to 2003, gaining expertise in drug discovery, microbiology, molecular biology, and assay development.

Overall, Michael has a strong background in clinical operations, project management, and drug development, with experience in various therapeutic areas.

Michael Loeloff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Maryland, completing their studies from 1986 to 1988. Following this, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management of Innovation and Technology from Rutgers University - Newark. Michael completed their MBA program from 1994 to 1998.
