Sheila Pare, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Since 2006, they have been working as the Business Operations Manager at Addmore Group, a leading SAP staffing firm. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Professional Recruiter at Via Consultants from 2005 to 2006. From 2002 to 2005, they were the Professional Recruiter and Team Lead at IBM. Earlier in their career, Sheila worked at PwC as the Director of Recruiting & Resource Management from 2000 to 2002, and as the Manager of Recruiting from 1999 to 2000. Sheila also worked as the National Recruiting Manager at OmniLogic from 1998 to 2000. Sheila started their career as a Researcher at Conroy Ross Partners in 1997.
