Carolyn Rebolledo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carolyn most recently worked as a Customer Success Manager at Adelaide starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Publisher Account Manager, Enterprise at Taboola from November 2021 to March 2023.
From 2019 to 2021, Carolyn worked at WatchWire as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they implemented Zendesk, wrote user knowledge base, and built onboarding procedures for data ingestion techniques. Carolyn also collaborated with the engineering team on platform features and data integration plans, while overseeing and training a group of customer success managers, implementation analysts, and data analysts.

Carolyn also served as a Sales Representative, initiating marketing campaigns, generating leads, and negotiating with clients. Carolyn started at Chrysalis Gallery as an Assistant, where they developed promotional materials and maintained inventory records, eventually being promoted to Sales Representative.
