Rachel R.

Rachel R. currently serves as the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Adeso since September 2021, following roles as Director of Programs and Operations and Interim Director of Programs. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Marketing and Communications at The Arc of Loudoun from March 2013 to January 2018, and as a Community Outreach Instructor for the Town of Leesburg's Parks and Recreation Department from October 2012 to March 2013. Additionally, Rachel worked as a Program Manager for Food Security and Livelihoods Programs at Action Against Hunger | ACF-USA from July 2010 to March 2011. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Environment, Development and Policy from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from George Mason University.
