Thomas Bendig

Thomas Bendig has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Thomas currently holds the position of Chief Innovation Officer at adesso SE since April 2022, previously serving as the Head of Innovation & Technology Board from May 2021 to April 2022.

Prior to this, Thomas worked as a Technical Advisor at World Fund in 2020. Thomas also held various roles at Fraunhofer-Verbund Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie, including Research Coordinator (2016-2021), Managing Director (2009-2016), and Research Coordinator (2001-2009).

Thomas was the Publisher and Editor in Chief at InnoVisions Future Magazine from 2009 to 2016. Thomas also worked as a Project Manager for 3D Application development at echtzeit AG from 1999 to 2001 and as a Software Developer and User Interface Designer at Siemens in 1998.

Additionally, Thomas served as Teamleiter, 3D und Multimedia at novedia finance software ag in 1997 and as a studentischer Mitarbeiter at Technische Universität Berlin from 1996 to 1997. Thomas began their career as a Student, Process Modeling, and Visualization at PSI AG from 1994 to 1996.

Thomas Bendig pursued their education at the Technische Universität Berlin, where they obtained a Diplom in Computer Science, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Graphics. In addition, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Science from the Technical University of Berlin. Thomas also holds a Certificate as a Qualified Trainee Instructor from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Furthermore, Thomas has certifications as a Certified Data Analyst and a Certified Data Scientist.
