Caterina Moraga-Scholte

Cat. Moraga-Scholte has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are a Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) a.i. at Adevinta, where they focus on building inclusive workspaces. Prior to this role, Cat. Moraga-Scholte worked at Adevinta as a Senior Manager Business Operations, leading the Business Operations Team (BOT) in Global Product & Tech. Caterina (Cat.) also served as an IT Program Management in eCG Advertising Technology Teams.

Before joining Adevinta, Cat. Moraga-Scholte worked at eBay Classifieds Group in several roles, including Delivery Manager, Business Process Manager, and Client Relations & Innovation Manager. Caterina (Cat.) also has experience at TBWA\\Worldwide as a Business Director and Product Manager, as well as at Tele2 Nederland, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., BBK/Door Vriendschap Sterker, QiONLY, M&C Saatchi Spain, and TBWA\\Worldwide in various positions. Overall, Cat. Moraga-Scholte has a strong background in business operations, program management, client relations, and digital strategy.

Caterina (Cat.) Moraga-Scholte has a diverse education history. Caterina (Cat.) earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Media & Culture, with a focus on New Media, Cinema, and Art History, from the University of Amsterdam in 2014. In 2013, they took a web development course in HTML & CSS at Competence Factory. Prior to that, they completed a Masterclass in Cinema and Latin American Society at Universiteit van Amsterdam - CEDLA in 2010.

In 2009, Cat. pursued a BA in Communication Design as a minor at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), and also completed a minor in Marketing the Creative Sector at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Earlier in their education, they obtained a BA in Reclame-, Marketing- and Communicatiemanagement (Advertising, Marketing, and Communication Management) from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2009. Caterina (Cat.) also earned a BA in Media en Informatiemanagement (Media and Information Management) from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2006.

Additionally, Cat. attended Atelier Terpentijn - Els ter Horst from 1992 to 1997, where they pursued an art course in Painting & Drawing.
