Victor Sava Pascu

Victor Sava Pascu has a diverse work experience in the fashion and sportswear industry. Victor Sava began their career in 2006 as a Freelance Consultant for Retail Concept and Visual Merchandising at Eastpak. In 2008, they worked as an Intern at Berhard Wilhelm and then as an Assistant Designer SMU at Columbia Sportswear Company. In 2009, they became a Studio Assistant at Kostas Murkudis. Starting in 2013, they joined adidas where they held various positions, including Designer for adidas Originals and Senior Designer for adidas Sportswear franchise creation VRCT. Victor Sava became the Lead Designer in 2020 and later assumed the role of Design Director in 2021. In addition to their work in the industry, they also served as a Lecturer for "streetwear/sportswear design" and "applied design" at Hochschule Pforzheim from 2019 to 2021.

Victor Sava Pascu has a Diploma in Fashion/Apparel Design from ESMOD École Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode, earned between 2005 and 2008. Victor Sava also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Integrated Product Design from Coburg University, completed between 2010 and 2013.
